A small note on response times
I read every email myself. If something is broken in production, please add the word urgent to the subject and I will look at it the same day. For everything else, expect a reply within a day or two. I do not have a support team, an autoresponder, or a ticket queue , just the same inbox you would write to me at as a friend.
